Sorry, we are not set up for debit or credit cards or other electronic payments.
Payment is cash or check please.

We don't currently have any fir trees.

Topping out trees with bad bottoms is good.
Topping out trees with good bottoms is not good.
Please don't harvest too many trees shorter than 4 feet.
(seedling survival rates have been poor (too dry) for a few years so inventory is depleting)

We don't have wagons or sleds., we don't drill the trunk, we don't sell tree stands or wreaths.

We are not currently set up to dig balled & burlapped trees.

You are welcome to bring your own saw (power or hand). Otherwise, we can loan only a bow saw.
When cutting, please resist the temptation to over-push the top of the tree resulting in trunk breakage and splitting.
(Sorry, we will not have time to provide help in the field).

If you have your tree baled (wrapped) it is beneficial to watch where it's dropped to reduce confusion.

We will not have time to load or secure trees to vehicles.
If you don't have straps or rope we do have free twine that you can use to secure your tree.
If you are securing your tree to a roof, trunk forward is better (more secure)

Please don't drive into the field without first checking at the sales shed.
Sometimes it's too wet and we then have tree and seedling damage.

If driving into the field, please try and drive mostly on just the gravel (especially if wet)
But, also please don't block a gravel drive such that another driver cannot get thru.
When it's too wet, any driving into the field may be suspended (we often don't have time to pull vehicles out}

We do not allow Howenstine Dr roadside tree retrieval.

We do not allow professional photographers on Thanksgiving weekend and the 2 weekends following Thanksgiving weekend.

Sorry, we do not have restroom facilities.

Friendly dogs are welcome. Ours are named Myra and Sadie.
Myra is very playful and believes that vehicles exist to give her rides (she has become a serial hitchhiker).
